Vapour Blasting

Vaudrey’s is able to offer a vapour blasting service for small to medium sized parts. Carbs, engine parts, plastic, interior parts, tools, pretty much anything can be cleaned up using pressurised air, water and micro glass beads. It is gentle enough to not damage delicate parts, but powerful enough to bring them back to beautiful condition. See pictures for the amazing examples of what vapour blasting can do for you.

Carburettor vapour blasting is probably the most rewarding use of the machine, the results are unbelievable once fully built back up. To be properly blasted, carbs must be completely dismantled in order to not clog any jets or fuel passages. There are 2 options if you require this service:

  • Bring your carbs already fully dismantled to be returned for you to rebuild once cleaned.
  • Supply carbs as complete units to be fully dismantled, cleaned and rebuilt with all new gaskets and associated parts, then delivered back to you with baseline settings ready to be tuned.
